Sometimes the Tailor wished they didn't need this level of secrecy, but there were too many layers of complexities about it all, so secrecy remained. Even so, the distress in Mori's voice, while not meant for them, felt like a thorn in the chest they'd just have to bear.
They tried to smile, looking over to where Tularemia had skittered off to, and it became a touch more real at the sight of the Devil, of all things. "You were right about the colors. They do look good against her fur. She's going to get a collection if I keep this up though, maybe I should start charging her," they joked softly.
