The Professor was almost convinced that the Socialite just had a slip and it was being politely solved. But then the penultimate statement lets them perplexed at first, slightly agape once they fully processed what would that mean for one Morbid Socialite...

Is this what he meant? Certainly sounds interesting enough. The Professor is always up to be an interesting subject for one curious researcher.
